This spring, our unpredictable Indiana weather has been been a challenge for farmers, spring athletes, and photographers. However, Dominick’s senior portrait session was like a needle in a haystack, the day was beautiful! I had the privilege of photographing Dominick’s older brother last year. I love when past clients return for another session.
Dominick was so easy to work with. Every photographer loves a guy that isn’t afraid to smile at the camera! And when you have a smile as great as Dominick’s, why not show it off. I loved Dominick’s relaxed personality, his tender heart for animals, and hearing about his plans after high school. The Planchon family is family that knows how to raise good, hardworking, respectful men.

Reed Senior Portraits

Weather is warming up and seniors are finishing up their last year in high school. Many students are preparing for college, some are planning to enter the work force, but all are anxious to start the next chapter of life, adulthood. It is fun to get to work with seniors and chat with them about their plans. I had a blast during this senior portrait session. Reed was wonderful to work with and so mature for his age. Ms. Lena is 9 Months Old

I took a quick visit to southern Indiana and while down there I planned to photograph my niece for her 9 month portraits. She followed in her sister’s footsteps and is not only standing on her, but toddling between furniture. Lena has the most content personality making it a snap to get these beautiful portraits. We were even able to get some great family portraits. The candids are my favorite.

LJ’s 2 Year Pictures

LJ shares his birthday with the most important person known to mankind. This Christmas baby isn’t a baby anymore! I can’t believe how big LJ is and how well he did for his 2 year old portraits. He did better than most and he even had a 2 hour drive prior to his portrait session. Amanda has been my best friend since high school and it is great to connect occasionally even if it is just a couple of hours. These portraits were taken a couple of weeks before Christmas. Christmas has come and gone and we are already in the start of 2019; I can’t think of a better way to ring in the New Year for Sheets Photography than by posting these fantastic portraits of LJ. Laliberte Family 2018

I did a late season portrait session with the Laliberte’s this year because they wanted some downtown scenery and the leaf color didn’t really affect the look of their portraits. The day we picked was probably the windiest and almost the coldest of the season so far. Although we didn’t shoot for as long as we would have if temps would have been warmer, we still had a good time. Lets be honest, when you have a good looking family like this…it only takes a partial session to get some great shots. Here is one of my favorites.
