I had the privileged of photographing my brother-in-law and his colleagues at Wilcox & Associates. Wilcox & Associates is a Sandler Training Franchise located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. My Favorite Senior Portraits

What a way to kick off the 2015 senior portrait season! This was my favorite senior portrait session I have ever done. Sam’s unique, edgy style made for unique, edgy and beautiful pictures. This session was packed with tons of variety from batman pictures, to outdoor portraits, pictures with her truck, and we finished up in the barn! Sam was open minded and so easy to work with; she made my job easy! It was sooo hard to pick my favorites so be sure to check out the entire senior portrait session. Check Out These Baby Blues

I can’t think of a better way to start off Mother’s Day weekend with anything other than a mother/son photo shoot. 6 month old Elliot must have known how much this portrait session meant to his mom, because he was a perfect angel! Elliot’s eyes will make anyone melt; these baby blues are the highlight of his 6 month baby pictures. Well his eyes and his love for soft blankies. Other than visiting my mom and spending time with my kiddos, this baby boys picture session was the best part of my weekend. What a beautiful display of a mothers love for her child! Spring Family Portraits

Spring has sprung…take a look for yourself! This was my first outdoor family session of the year and it turned out beautifully. This family is near and dear to me. My husband coached the Sieger’s middle daughter in volleyball when she was maybe 12! She has since graduated high school, college, and is married. I have had the privilege of taking their family pictures at least 3 times, their daughters senior portraits and almost a wedding if it hadn’t been on the same day as my sisters! It is always a joy to work with the Siegers and they hold a special place in my heart.
We couldn’t have asked for a better day for family portraits! When I shoot an extended family portrait I always try to get each family break down as well as the individual children portraits. The Face of Your Business

More and more professionals like dentists, chiropractors, attorneys, and real estate agents are using their image to market their company and/or practice. There are many benefits to using portraits in your marketing campaign, however, if not done right portraits can give your business a bad “image”.
I recently did a business portrait session for my friend’s husband. He is opening a chiropractic business and is using his image heavily in his marketing campaign. ProActive Spine & Joint is located in Auburn and will be opening in June. Dr. Brandon Galbraith will be performing general chiropractic work as well as sports related chiropractic needs. It was important that we had some variety so Dr. Galbraith could use the portraits in a variety of mediums and appeal to different customers. I chose to use natural light for the entire session and I think the images turned out beautifully or should I say handsomely :). We needed business head shot portraits that could be used on a pull up banner, business cards, and print literature. To cover the broad spectrum of possibilities that the portraits could be used I chose 3 different light techniques, 3 different outfits and several different poses. Besides my husbands, 🙂 these are some of my favorite business head shots that I have taken. Dr. Galbraith’s business portraits have such a fresh, clean, and…well professional feel. Mission Accomplished!
