Treadway Extended Family

Family Portraits, Fort Wayne Family Photographer

Extended family portraits can be challenging to arrange.  In todays busy world it can be difficult to feel like you have time to breath; let alone get family members together, hair combed, noses booger free and oh yea you have to coordinate outfits. I mean…that takes a lot of time and effort!

I love families who take the time to recognize how important it is to capture precious memories of their growing families with an extended family portrait session.  This extended family portrait session brought family members all the way from sunny Florida!  Now that is making time and giving effort!  It is difficult for me to get a picture of my family and we all live within 10 square miles of each other.

The Treadway family was absolutely extraordinary to work with.  We had tons of fun and captured some great family portraits along with a bunch of other great shots.  Here are some of my favorites…Follow the link to view the entire family portrait session.

Lawson’s First Portraits

Newborn portraits, newborn boy portraits, neutral newborn pictures, Columbia City Newborn Photographer

Madison and I have worked together for over 6 years!  I love getting to be a part of these moments.  Thank you Madison for always trusting me to capture memories of your family as it grows.

Little Lawson had his first portrait session this past weekend.  What a sophisticated name…I love it!  Even though Lawson preferred to be in Mom’s arms we were still able to get some fantastic newborn shots.   We even got big brother Blake in a couple.  It wasn’t that long ago that Blake was getting his newborn portraits taken.  Here are some of my favorites.  Click here to view Lawson’s entire newborn session.

Everly Anne Newborn Portraits

Newborn portraits, newborn girl pictures, Fort Wayne Newborn Photographer, Natural light newborn portraits

My sister and her husband just welcomed their first little peanut.  Everly Anne was born on May 23rd at 10:04.  I was fortunate enough to be in the delivery room and witness my niece come into the world!  Alysse and I live about 3 1/2 hours away from each other, but we still made it a point to get some great portraits along the way.  I shot their maternity pictures 6 weeks prior to Ms. Everly’s birth.

After everyone was settled at home I came down for Everly’s newborn portraits!  They are absolutely stunning.  She was born on Monday and we shot the newborn pictures on Saturday.  Newborn portraits should be taken no more than 2-3 weeks after the birth.  We had so much fun and Everly did so good.  Here are some of my favorites…Check out the entire newborn session here.

Congrats Alysse and Tommy!  You are going to be wonderful parents.

4-H Consumer Clothing

I have had the opportunity to photograph Sam on several occasions.  I absolutely love the results every time! Sam has participated in 4-H year after year.  One of the categories she participates in is Consumer Clothing.  She is required to have a portrait taken as part of her project.  That is where I come in…Here are some of my favorites from her mini session.  Follow the link to view all of Sam’s 4-H portraits.natural light portraits, Columbia City Photographer

Beautiful Family Portraits

Outdoor family pictures, Mother and son pictures,

Chelsea and Nate are great friends of ours!  Nate and my husband have had some great fun on the Gator back in these woods.  The same woods that they use to romp around in were transformed into a beautiful backdrop for their family portraits.  The day was absolutely perfect for pictures.  The neutral color pallet Chelsea chose contrasted perfectly with the dense growth.  These family pictures are the result of great weather, beautiful family, and the best time of the day!  I love the candid portraits.  It was so hard to pick my favorites…Follow this link to view their entire outdoor family portrait session.
