Now is the time to book an outdoor winter portrait session. This week we received a lot of snow, while temperatures are too cold to do portraits outdoors now, this weekend will be a perfect time. We are suppose to get some snow showers later this week and temperatures are going to be increasing to a tolerable mid 20’s! This makes for a perfect time to shoot outdoor snow portraits. If you are interested please contact me ASAP. Appointments will be limited with a narrow window of time to capture those beautiful snowy landscapes!

Braving the 14F temperatures to get our “Winter Family Photo”- worth it 🙂
My husband gave up arguing about family photos a long time ago. He knows he will be asked to put on a smile and wear what I have laid out for him at least 2 times a year. It is part of being married to a photographer.
All kidding aside my family were troopers the day we did this shot. I was even second guessing the shoot when we were walking to the bridge.
I only got about 5 shots before my hands felt numb and I could no longer set the timer and run into the photo. This was winner.

What a great family! I’m so glad you could get all of your family together before they travel home. I know how hard it can be to coordinate everyone; especially when there are 8 week old twins to work around;) and a Colts game on TV. Hopefully your family will be able to cherish these photos for years to come.
